Halfpage is a typewriter writing app for the iPhone Duo. Half-fold the phone and the page sits on the top half, with a mechanical keyboard filling the bottom half. Each key makes a typewriter sound, the caret moves like a type head, and the page has paper grain. Two skins, Classic and Midnight, change how the machine looks. Halfpage costs $2.99 once, with no subscriptions, no ads, no in-app purchases and no accounts. It also runs on any iPhone or iPad on iOS 27, with the keyboard below the page.
